  • ※ You may confirm or cancel your reservations at the Seoul Guided Walking Tour website under "View / Cancel Reservation."
  • ※ Reservations may be canceled in the event of tour guide unavailability on the date and course.
  • ※ Please do not change the tour course or schedule with a guide in private.
  • ※ Please do not post any social media content that includes photos or names of your tour guides.
  • ※ Reservations will be automatically canceled once 20 minutes have passed the starting time of the tour.
  • ※ Other tourists may join your tour as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of the group.
  • ※ You may cancel your reservation via website (PC and mobile phone) until 24 hours prior to the tour. If you would like to cancel the tour after then, please send an email to walkingtours@sto.or.kr or contact your guide.
  • ※ If you are unable to go on a tour, please cancel the reservation at least 4 hours before the tour starts. If you cancel your reservation more than twice with less than 4 hours left, future reservations may be restricted.
